Everything was wonderful ! Love the amount of pools and jacuzzi they have on first and second floor. The view from the room was amazing ! Few things need to be mentioned for all travelers : #1. They don’t have a bus or taxi service so if you need a ride need to call taxi ! #2. Mondays restaurant is closed so you only able to have sandwich ( nothing too fancy) and you can get drinks at bar ( huge plus). #3. If you reserve a room you get access to the spa , however , they charge 5 euros for hair cover to get into the water and keep an eye on your towel ; if you don’t bring the spa towel you will get charged for 30 euros at check out!! Someone stole mine so I didn’t know there’s a charge , therefore , just fyi . Finally, you can get breakfast in bed delivered ( no extra charge ) . Overall , worth money and worth time spent . 1out 5 I would give 4.5 star because few things mentioned.

Good location. While the staff was friendly and helpful, our room was outdated, with no windows, no air circulation which was a disappointment.

Very nuce hotel to go with family. Activities for kids, big swiming pools, great breakfast, very nice staff.

This is an amazing place for kids. The new playground was clean and bright. Parking was a bit rough as it was very full at night.

Bom serviço de 4*, contudo o spa não é dos melhores.. piscina normal, sem quaisquer jactos de massagem, além de ser permitida a frequência de menores e crianças sem qualquer metodologia nem controle pelo que se torna quase um verdadeiro caos...

We loved our stay and the staff were very friendly.

Lovely spa hotel and nice room. Only thing missing was tea /coffee making facilities in the room. Restaurant food and wine was very good and the service to guests was excellent
