Everything was clean, staff was very friendly, and overall an amazing experience! We had a pleasant time staying there for 6 nights!

Such a wonderful hotel, tucked away on a quiet side street right in the heart of historic Florence. The staff were lovely, the breakfast buffet was great (Nutella cups!). The beds were a dream and the bathroom was newly renovated with amazing shower. Would stay here every visit.

Rating one star due to our room having bed bugs. When we brought this to the hotels attention, we were told there was not a manager on duty and we can deal with it in the morning. We checked out immediately. We seen the bed bugs as we were getting ready to get into bed, the AC went out so the room was extremely hot and that is when we seen the first one come out. It’s a bummer because it seemed like a quaint hotel. When we checked in the front desk during the day time was very nice. It’s a central location but the ally itself has construction going on and was more ran down than most other ally hotels. When you walk in the hotel lobby was nice and quaint.

Strong perfume or deodorant or cleaning agent smell in our room. We stayed over the other building next door. We had to open the window at night due to the smell and it was noisy out side at night. It is fine if the windows were closed. Decent breakfast and friendly stuff. The room was clean.

What I really liked about this area was how convenient it was—just a short walk from the train station, with everything we needed close by. The staff was incredibly friendly and even gave us a detailed map with suggestions on things to do and how far everything was. When I walked into my room, it smelled fresh and clean, which made a great first impression. The only downside was that one of my towels wasn't clean, but honestly, that was a minor issue. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the newer part of the hotel and were very impressed. Everything was exceptionally clean, modern, spacious, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was both delicious and high quality. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for three nights. We were both immediately impressed with the gentleman at the front desk. He greeted us warmly, offered us a coffee, and brought out a map and explained Florence to us. The room was spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place is fantastic. Unfortunately, we stayed in a suite across the street where there was construction to a house next door starting at 7:00am. It was not the hotels' fault, but it did detract from the stay. I would stay here again bc the location is great, as it the hotel, but next time I would inquire about any construction nearby.

Great location, breakfast, attention, clean

It was a beautiful property. High ceilings. Old world charm. It is centrally located and close to key sights and restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet was very good and was included in the price of the room. The only problem was the toilet wouldn’t flush but while we were having our breakfast it was fixed. I would stay here again.

Excellent breakfast; every staff member was a pro and pleasant. Great, helpful attitude. The property is tucked away on a rather quiet street with no traffic; close to the museums and the Duomo. Walking distance from the train station also. I’d book again if I return to Florence.
