Have been staying at Castro’s every year since 2017. This year, the Staff was excellent as usual, especially Yago and Giselle. There are others who i didn't capture the names but as i said the staff have been excellent. However, the hotel can no longer be considered 5 stars as it’s sadly in need of major remodeling. I know that’s what they are in the process of doing, a floor every 2 years, i’m told, and the pool is currently being redone. The unremodeled floors have the same furniture and bathroom fixtures since i started to stay there. So about 7 years old at least. The bathroom shower/tub very sad and the bathroom sink handles didn’t work properly with the hot and cold taking many turns to completely shut off water. You can tell they are trying to economize by placing only limited linens (no robes and limited towels and single glass cup) in the bathroom. So, i come because of the staff and loyalty to the hotel brand but will seriously consider other 5 star locations next year.

Stayed before and recognised for that. Rooms are clean and large enough, daily room service is very good. Breakfast is excellent, food room service and restaurant meals are also good. Pool area a little tired but bar service and food very good. Manuel is a great representative for the hotel.

Is the second time I stay there. Excellent hotel and services too.

Was here last year and the hotel looked a bit worn. This year it appears that the Castro's has done some renovations and updates. Needed and has been well done. Will continue coming here

Goiânia doesn't have a good international quality hotel in Setor Oeste. This property reflects that assessment.

Bathroom had mold on the tiles. Carpets dirty and moldy. Rooms have not been remodeled since 1986. No air conditioning on the hallway and the elevators. It was truly discusting.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff

USB connectors not available for charging your cell phone. Besides that we had an excellent stay at Castro’s. The staff were polite, professional and efficient. The food was great and the beds were super comfortable and clean. Great location as well. We were very satisfied.

My room flooded because of the air conditioning and after move to another duty room the fone didn’t work for the whole week The hotel is too old and dusty
