Please remove the previous guest's trash to ensure a cleaner stay for the next guest. Replace the sheets as they are no longer suitable for the next guest. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

The towels, sheets, and blankets were dirty, and there was no bath mat.

Many flies inside the bedroom, AC not working good, still hot eventhough the temp already reach 16deg, the elevator looks dangerous, slow response, Wi-Fi not able to reach inside the room.

The hotel staff is friendly and efficient, but the room cleanliness needs to be improved. I used a twin bed and there was a leak in the ceiling from the AC water so it dripped onto the other bed, the floor was clean but the edges of the floor and under the bed were not swept, there was a lot of dust and hair falling out so I borrowed a broom and mopped it myself using wet wipes. Hehe, the bathroom had hot water working, the AC was perfectly cold, the room lighting was very comfortable warm light, hopefully in the future this hotel will improve its cleanliness and be more successful ^^v

There was only hand soap and a toothbrush in the toilet, the table in the room was almost loose

Room 419 desperately needs a renovation and better maintenance. The towels smelled bad, there was no bathroom mat, the soap didn't smell good, the mattress was squeaky, the walls leaked rainwater, and the room smelled damp. It was a real bummer.
