The positives: quiet, nice team, good dinner and breakfast. The negatives: despite much feedback on reviews, WiFi is awful and the general condition of the hotel is not 4****

Room felt very tired. Air con very noiay

The room smelled really bad, like old and rancid. The bed sheets had a strong foul mothy smell like they haven’t been washed in months. The bathroom walls were dirty and stained. The balcony had no table or chairs. The tv is very small, very bad quality picture and no Netflix or cable.

Great place to stay and relax

The property needs renovation. Old and rates compare to all inclusive resorts next to Porto real is very expensive because it’s not all inclusive .

Nice hotel but we were pretty much the only guests there so it felt very strange. Good facilities and friendly staff! It would be great if the hotel could have tennis rackets to hire for guests to use the tennis court.

The neighborhood was great, the hotel was maybe nice some years ago but today it is awful. Air conditioning is noisy, bedroom is too small for the size of the bed. There is no TV in the bedroom. Wifi doesn't work in the bedroom. Finally the hotel is far from everything and there is only one restaurant, with a medium to low level food

This hotel used to probably be a great resort. Now the rooms are just old, with extremely old decor uncomfartable beds and the bathroom is horribly dirty!. The only plus point is the view from your hotel room which is awesome. The hotel staff was friendly as in all of Brazil but was not really knowledgable ablut any attractions in their area

Could have been better if the hotel manager was more concerned about the cleanliness as a whole, including restaurant and rooms ...

Posso falar que tudo vivido nesse Hotel resort é simplesmente maravilhoso! Não tenho nenhuma reclamação, somente gratidão! Dias mais que perfeito nesse maravilhoso resort! Parabéns por todos e tudo que nos proporcionou! Sem palavras! Melhor resort que já fui na vida! Nota 1000000! ♥️♥️♥️

Restaurante, bar, piscina (tanto a aquecida e a aberta) muito bem cuidadas. Mas, o que nos agradou e muito foi a equipe, sempre atenciosa.

Quarto minúsculo e sem janela. Falta constantes de energia e de internet. Pedimos um upgrade de acomodação com o hotel vazio e não tivemos nem resposta a respeito.

Amo este hotel

Väldigt nergånget hotell där otroligt mycket inte funkar. Första rummet vi hade så funkade inte ACn, andra rummet vi hade så funkade inte toaletten. Många av sakerna som skulle finnas var inte öppet trots att det var under öppettider: tex kids club var stängt en dag för att den som arbetade hade åkt hem tidigare av någon oklar anledning och ingen annan kunde öppna. Allmänt smutsigt och slitet i alla utrymmen. Jag hade inte rekommenderat att åka hit.

O quarto tudo muito velho A televisão a imagem e pessima banheiro idem a água da pia suja o chuveiro cai água pra tudo que lado meia em cima da gente a comida já teve mas variedade e estava fria sobre a equipe nada a reclamar sobre. A piscina quente a hidro não estava funcionando informaram que estava em manutenção em pleno carnaval

Então Quarto com aspecto de mofo Mobílias velhas Piso Velho Canais da tv - sem opção de canais Somente canais de desenho muito pico de luz

So tinha uma lampada da entrada do quarto que pedi a troca e nao foi realizada, mas o restante, principalmente os colaboradores foram excelente...
