The staff were kind and welcoming without exception. Breakfast is very robust and accomodating. A special thanks to the cleaning staff who are so thorough and caring!

I loved the room, it felt more like a very spacious studio.

The A/C unit was making noises every 30 minutes. On/off and cracking sounds. Could not sleep.

The parking is non - regulated…. There are cars, suvs and pick up trucks everywhere- including areas that clearly say: no parking !!! The Hotel doesn’t do anything about it ….!!! The answer is: I am sorry ….!!!

This is a decent option for business travel. Yet the building is old and amenities limited. Bring your own heir dryer. The one offered here is probably from the 60’s. Nice staff though.

It was good in general. The only cons was my daughter ordered mashed potatoes with fried eggs and got a small piece of meat in it. She is vegetarian.

The area was close to the business event, yet it was not as attractive. The hotel is in very old condition and beds are not that comfortable. It was ok for a 1-day stay. There is a local restaurant called La Pasta de la Nonna, it was absolutely phenomenal. Recommended.

I stayed for only one night on business. Rates were very reasonable. Large rooms and good location. Hotel is in general good condition. Full service Restaurant with below average food quality.

This is a comfortable, well-located hotel. Judging from our stays at other Santiago hotels on our recent trip, it is a bit overpriced for what it offers.
