LOUSY TV CHANNEL ,MOSTLY RELIGION . SOME REGULAR LOCALS CHANNELS WORKS FOR 30 SEC THEN IS GONE ,VERY DISAPOINT WITH DAY .WE WERE UNABLE TO WATCH TV AT ALL RAINING EVENING .MISSSING SIDE LAMP OR TABLE .IT WAS ONLY ONE .STRANGE .THE TELEPHONE DIDNT WORK EITHER .

The staff is nice but the hotel definitely needs a big renovation and everything looks like old fashioned and unclean. The bed makes me tired than if I was wake up for the whole time that I stayed in there. AC is crazy loud and old and definitely doesn’t works properly. Bathroom has mold all around it and the water mix between hot and cold whenever the pipes want. Elevator doesn’t fit people and luggage and is so hot and claustrophobic. Definitely the first and last time in that place.

The hotel is in a great location. Staff are friendly. The only thing I think it could be better is the conditions of the room. Although it was clear, it needs a better maintenance, something look old and in poor condition, such as the air condition and the bathroom.

This hotel offers the perfect location

The rooms are very old. The air-conditioning unit is noisy and probably over 30 to 40 years old. It had air but it was not really cold or was not enough to cool the room. The door locking system was broken, the bathroom was uncomfortable, the bed was awful, very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel.

The receptionist was very rude, she was really unfriendly and she had a really bad attitude, overall I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

Os funcionarios sao o ponto forte do hotel, todos muito simpaticos e prestativos, o cafe da manha tambem é bom, a localizacao é perfeita para quem quer ir a pé para a rua dos melhores bares da Savassi. O Hotel está muito antigo, mesmo os quartos que foram reformados sao bem feios, mas o pior é um ar que nao funciona, parece bem pequeno para o tamanho do quarto que é absurdamente quente, pega todo o sol de BH. Foi uma noite dificil. A garagem é muito antiga, pequena com pé direito muito baixo.
