Room 407, shower didn’t drain. Moved to room 402. Same issue. No maintenance staff after hours to fix issue. Usually have good experience with room at this brand hotel. Not this stay.

I was shocked when I entered this Hampton Inn! Brand new remodel! Great place to stay!

Indoor pool, great staff. Great breakfast. Friendly service. Good breakfast. Quiet property. Beautiful lobby.

Staff was excellent and newly remodeled.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. The pool room smelled musty and the hot tub water was murky. Property was going through renovations so hopefully it gets some love.

Check in was fast and friendly staff.

Construction of upgrading was in progress. There was a little mess here and there, but we were glad to stay in one of the newly remoled rooms. Breakfast was excellent and hotel is in a nice quiet location.

It was very good the people are really great there. The only thing that was not as great was the DIRECTV the local channel didn’t work so I didn’t get to watch the news which is OK other than that everything was wonderful

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and staff were exceptionally helpful with great customer service.

Property is doing finishing touches on full remodel - nice & fresh. Nice beds. Front desk staff (especially FMNHS) was very kind & efficient. Good breakfast too. Would recommend this hotel.

I have not stayed here in a while because the beds were worn and the cleanliness was gett8ng bad. I noted some improvement. The beds were comfy once more and the place was a bit cleaner. The breakfast is missing the green chili stew.

The Hampton Inn and Suites in Farmington, NM is undergoing some renovations. Our room had been renovated and was very nice, well-appointed and clean. The exterior of the building is currently undergoing renovation so was a work in progress. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

It had a great breakfast buffet and was the perfect room for a family.for a family of five
