The shuttle bus is on first come first serve usually full and you will need to book grab. If you are in hurry to catch flight, this might not be a suitable location as there is tendency of Grab driver not taking your order as it is 16km away from the airport. Male staff are are hospitable compare to female staff. Female staff did not mention on the breakfast time and location.

isolated place near from the airport but actually very far - additional cost to reach the place since no airport transfer (bus shuttle) after midnight ? For food choices - can be improved some more

It's a bit far, even though a shuttle bus is provided. It's not soundproof, so if the next room is noisy in the middle of the night, you might not be able to sleep.

The staff is helpful, and the hotel is located near the cargo area at KLIA. It's recommended to use public transportation, not walking. The room is large enough for two people, with a queen-size bed and a small amount of space. Please use the prayer room on the first floor if you're praying at the hotel.

The room is clean, the toilet is clean, it's great for transit. The price is also very reasonable compared to others.

It's fine for a short layover, and if it's just the two of you, the room is clean. My suggestion is to book from the hotel, as it only takes 10 minutes to get to the airport.

I would like to share my recent experience during my stay, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. I had originally booked a room at your hotel near the airport, anticipating convenient access and the complimentary shuttle service as advertised. While I appreciate the effort to arrange alternative accommodation, the new hotel was much farther from the airport and did not offer the same shuttle service. As a result, I incurred significant transportation costs and experienced considerable inconvenience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as it affected what could have been a smooth and pleasant stay. I would also like to suggest that future bookings be clearly confirmed to prevent other guests from facing a similar situation. Thank you for your attention and understanding.
