Enjoyed my family stay

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room is a great size, a few amenities such as fridge/ kettle would have helped improve the experience, but this hotel is great value for money.

Great staff, very polite and caring. Gave us a welcome drink when we checked in. Clean hotel and close to the bus stop.

The room was new and clean, position is not too bad from the beach and street with shops.

Pleasant enough. But noisy. No fridge. Small bed. Small towel. No tea making facilities. No late check out. Other than that ok.

The hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in. Although the best part about staying here was the customer service provided from the welcoming front of desk, to the workers in the breakfast bar!

Good value - low cost for clean place.

overall the hotel was very nice, comfortable and the staff were absolutely lovely the only downfall was that the food was so bad, it lacked so much flavor, the food was mass made and it made it lack taste all together. I would not recommend an all inclusive deal, unless you can bare the taste. However the place itself as accommodation is perfect and the location is great, 5min walk from the Aqua Park and 7min walk to the beach.

Ein schönes, sauberes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit nettem Personal.

Draps pas très propre. Lit pas très sur. (Bouge et grince). Pas de verre ni rien pour l’accueil. Malgré cela personnel plutôt gentil et accueillant

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauber, ruhig, gutes Frühstück.

Wir warem 5 Tage im Hotel Fenix. Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert und hat uns sehr gefallen. Leider wurde kein Frühstück mehr angeboten, aber beim nahegelegt. Supermarkt sind wir immer fündig geworden. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Der Empfang könnte ein wenig freundlicher ausfallen ;o) Der Pool war für Oktober natürlich sehr frisch, aber wir haben ihn genutzt. Für uns einfach Ideal ist die Lage: Bus direkt vor der Tür, 5 Min. zum Strand. Kritik-Punkt: dreckiger Balkon und die Putzfrau hatte nicht so richtig Lust sauberzumachen. Das würde uns aber nicht davon abbringen, das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen oder nicht wiederzukommen !!!

El hotel y la habitación son correctos. Falta mantenimiento pero Ok. El desayuno es de 8 a 10 , por lo que me lo perdi la mitad de días porque salía temprano a trabajar. Pero lo peor es la dirección del hotel. Llamé y envié 3 mail para un cambio y todavía estoy esperando que me contesten. Pasaron de todo.

Super accueil par Antonio, et personnels très sympathique tout au long du séjour prenant soin de répondre à nos demandes (information, conseils, etc).

hele goede service, schoon en prima ontbijt. het is jammer van iets te klein zwembad anders had het een 4 sterren hotel geweest.
