The room key was broken but given to the guest. Repairs took so long that guests couldn't rest immediately because they had to wait for the repairs to be completed. The bathroom water was also clogged, making showering uncomfortable. Very disappointed. In the future, I'd recommend booking a slightly more expensive hotel than something like this.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's a playground in the lobby where you can play while waiting for your kids. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the price is still reasonable. 😊 It's all great. 👍

The service was very friendly, especially during check-in and check-out. They also offered a solution when I accidentally threw away my toothbrush during room cleaning. They offered to replace it, but I declined, as the hotel showed good intentions (even though I didn't buy the toothbrush in Indonesia). As for feedback, please be more careful with guest items in the room when cleaning.

Every time I go to Bandung, I always stay at this hotel. It's very comfortable, cool, and not too noisy. The staff is incredibly friendly.

Strategic location and okay rooms.

The hotel was actually nice, but yesterday I booked a non-smoking room and had requested a non-smoking room. Even the elevator on the 3rd floor was specifically for non-smoking, but when I got to my room, I opened the door and it really smelled of cigarettes. The smell of cigarettes was old and seemed to stick to the whole room, and it didn't go away until morning. I had to spray the whole room and put perfume on the bed to sleep because the smell was so suffocating (I have asthma). I checked in at 1 AM, tired and didn't have the energy to complain, change rooms, or anything else. Luckily, it was only one night.

Stayed for 2 nights, and thankfully got a great rate of only around 600,000 Rupiah. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm on a staycation or have an event in Bandung. My advice remains the same: replace the brown towels.

For the swimming pool area, it would be better to provide towels for swimming because if you use hotel towels, they won't dry easily :( The gym area doesn't have a treadmill and the room is hot.

I stayed for two days. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. I had a flat tire at 10 p.m. and the staff helped me out. The hotel engineer quickly helped me with the lock. The only thing lacking was communication regarding cleaning the room. I left the room a mess in the morning, and when I returned, it had been cleaned. I was worried because I still had valuables in the room, but thankfully, everything was safe.

Friendly staff, clean and cool rooms, and great facilities. Recommended for leisure or work. It's very affordable.

It's clean, affordable, and there's a minimarket downstairs, near the Pasteur toll gate. It's enough for a quick break.
