Everything was wonderful from the perfect location close to everything walking distance to restaurants, delicious breakfast included in the hotel and many things to choose from, the staff was very kind and helpful and made us feel so welcomed. The hotel has its own parking lot which was perfect for our rental car. We stood in the suit which had amazing panoramic views of the mountains and the lake. Overall we had a wonderful stay. There is a laundry room in the basement you can use for a 3 euros fee per washer and dryer.

The location of Ambassador Suite is perfect for walking to the lake, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the use of free bikes to get around. The breakfast was very good and had a nice variety.

The hotel was way better than our expectation, polite staff - manager, admin , kitchen staff as well as house keeping , very helpful.Location is excellent, 100 meters to the beautiful beach , easily accessible via foot or bicycle that hotel provided for free!! Reasonable and nice restaurants around and ferry links close by . Peaceful and not crowded ( we went first week April ) Overall excellent stay and would love to go back there again - big thanks to hotel Ambassador 🙏🙏

Excellent hotel in a great place - hotels rooms were nice and clean and v comfortable - breakfast was very good and facilities are good too.

ovely family holiday spent here, great facilities for all ages and great value for money. Hotel did various evening offers, activities for younger children and had plenty of bikes so could get out and see the area. Short walk to the lake and good sized pool with shallow pool for younger ones to relax next to at end of day. Staff were very friendly and helpful in booking local activities and requests in the apt.

Riva del Garda is beautifully located at the top of the lake. There is endless opportunities for active vacationers, but Riva is also an relaxing spot to enjoy the scenery and green parts along the water. The Ambassador Suite Hotel was a very pleasant part of our vacation. Interesting rooms with outdoor patios, extremely helpful staff and Aplus breakfasts to start each day. Three nights weren't enough !

Hotel was in a great area of Riva Del Garda just a few hundred meters from bars and nightlife and less than a mile from the downtown. The Hotel is a few blocks off the Lake, but the area was great and Hotel had many bikes to use to get around town. Breakfast was Ok, normal European breakfast. Bar and Front Desk Employees were all great. Room would have been great if the A/C worked better but overall a good stay during a busy weekend on the Lake.

Wonderful hotel. Stayed there before and just returned. The staff are very accommodating, the hotel has great facilities and is very well geared towards entertaining children. It's clean and has everything you could ask for .... and more! Breakfast is a wonderful selection of all sorts from breads, pastries, fresh pancakes to hot food, buffet, fruit and cereals. They serve snacks so you don't have to eat out every night. The kitchenette facility was handy for putting together a quick lunch for my children. The Manager is very friendly - he even remembered us from a previous time when we had to wake him up at 3am after flight delays on the way out meant we missed our connection! Only negative is the distance from some of the airports which is nothing to do with the hotel. If flying from Milan give yourself at least 4 hours to drive to the airport. The town (Lake Garda) is very busy and it takes forever to get to the bottom of the lake and head towards dual carriage ways. We'll definitely be going back there again for another wonderful stay. Can't wait!

Decent hotel with a very good spread of breakfast . One drawback of our room was the air conditioning wasn't cooling.

We stayed here 4 nights at the end of May 2017, extending by an extra night as we wanted to spend more time at the lake. The Ambassador Hotel was good. Rooms were quite large and comfortable. Having a kitchen was helpful. The staff were friendly, although reception process needed a bit of of improvement as had to return to ask for the kitchen and safe keys. Also we were not informed that bike hire was included in our room price, which we did not find out until the last day. A problem with a door was resolved fairly quickly. It is a bit out of town in a hotel area, but quiet. However, it has a very good pool and could not get our son out of the hot tub when he wasn't playing on the hotel's Playstation. They also have sand pit and great football pitch, volleyball pitch, trampoline and ping ping table. Breakfast choice was good.
