The location is good but it’s a very old hotel. There is no air conditioning and the rooms are so small. They have fan in the rooms but the fan in my room doesn’t work. We have 4 rooms and only 1 room is bigger than the other 3 and the showers are all small. For the price we are paying, I don’t think it’s worthed.

This hotel has so much potential. Location is incredibly close to train station. Breakfast is fabulous and our superior room was comfortable and beautiful! Offered 5 star hotel accessories such as scale, robes, slippers, great hair products,etc. The owner needs to throw away or donate all the antiques that clutter every hallway and corner. It looks like a museum and not appealing at all!

Hotel was cozy and historic, breakfast was wonderful and the grounds were beautiful.

The hotel was very organized with friendly staff and a great breakfast. However, my stay was disrupted by early morning noise from the nearby staff room. I reported it to the front desk, but they said they were busy with an event. I also requested a box of tissues multiple times, but it was never delivered. While there were some positives, the service and noise issues affected my overall experience.

Nice location just outside of the busy part of town. Very convenient to the train station, but not noisy. The hotel is like a museum inside and there are lots of interesting things to look at.

Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to train station and town were an added bonus.

An interesting and pleasant hotel with traditional period atmosphere and furnishings. Very convenient for Interlaken Ost train station, and like everywhere in Interlaken, is surrounded by stunning scenery (when visible!) Hotel had scaffolding up around most of it during my stay which meant the room balconies couldnt be used- a little disappointing and i couldnt benefit from the views. The bed had a memory-foam mattress, which tends to divide opinion! - If you like it, the bed would be great, but I find it a bit too hot so not particularly comfortable! Breakfast was pleasant with standard hot and cold buffet offerings.

One of the best hotel I have stayed so far during this trip . The location , the breakfast and the staff services are fantastic. Will stay here again if I to visit Interlaken OST again

Fantastic

First, the photos do not do this hotel justice. It’s so quaint and warm. It feels like you’re going to someone’s home with vintage sewing machines, telephones, typewriters, etc. You’re just taken back in time. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is wonderful. The restaurant looks like a cabin and you sit with these amazing views of the mountains and gorgeous garden. Location is close to the train station and walking distance from shopping and restaurants.

A lovely hotel. Pleasant staff. The dining options were not great (one of the restaurants was closed when we were there) but there are many other options in Interlaken. The breakfast was superb. Pleasant staff who worked hard to make the stay easy.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible.

Hotel is good but old with some up dates no AIR CONDITION same breakfast each day ok Overall expensive for quality stayed i. Better places ! That’s Switzerland for you !

Great stay! Best hotel I’ve stayed at on my trip so far

Very clean property. Super close to train station, room to train including checkout and walking with heavy luggage ~ 11 min, much faster if not carrying luggage. Surrounded by mountains. 30 min or so walk to lake. Lots of dining and shopping. Would stay again
