The bedsheets had yellow stains, making it unsettling to sleep on them. It's best to avoid using them if there are any permanent stains. The broken bathroom lock wasn't immediately repaired, which is a major inconvenience for the customer. This hotel is actually quite nice and comfortable, close to the city center, and very affordable. If it maintains its quality, I'm sure it will become a highly sought-after hotel for visitors to Surabaya.

I've stayed there twice. The last time was for 5 nights in two rooms because I was with my parents and younger sibling. The place is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is also friendly. There are lots of food stalls nearby. The rooms are cleaned daily, and sheets and towels are changed daily. Overall, it's a comfortable stay. The location is in the city center, close to Pasar Turi Station. This will be a favorite place to stay every time I visit Surabaya.
