This is my second stay here. Although it's a bit far from the beach, it's quiet and away from the main road. The staff are all friendly, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the breakfast is good. Hopefully, I'll be back again next time.

The staff is friendly and polite. I left my wallet at the front desk on the evening of May 22nd. I only realized it on May 23rd, panicking because my ID card and other things were there. If it was truly lost, I wouldn't be able to fly home. I checked with the front desk, but it wasn't there. I was asked to return to my room. Shortly after, there was a knock on the door, and a hotel staff member returned my wallet intact. I am very grateful to the hotel staff, who apologized for not having time to check their names individually.

I only stayed for two nights, but I immediately fell in love with this hotel! The facilities are great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming—special thanks to Amanda and her courteous team. The atmosphere is very laid-back and relaxing, perfect for a short work trip. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I requested an upgrade to a deluxe room and an extra bed, which was promptly accommodated. The room was spacious, and the extra bed didn't feel cramped. The hotel isn't directly on a main road, but it's convenient because it's quiet.

I only stayed for a night in this property and chose this property because it's closer to the airport so I can go without any traffic. Turns out, everything was really great. The staff (named Nensi) upgraded my room into upper class (I forgot what is the name of the upper class) and when I wanted to change my room into a quiet room (since the first one was really crowded with an Indian family beside my room), they got the room for me with a really quiet one. Thank you so much! ❤️

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Bali, especially in the Seminyak and Kuta areas. It has a pool, which is perfect for a morning swim, but the water can be a bit chilly. The breakfast selection is also quite extensive. A bit disappointing, when I left my room around 10:00, I signaled for cleaning, but when I returned around 3:00 PM, it still hadn't been cleaned. When I checked with the receptionist, they told me the cleaning was scheduled for the afternoon. This unreasonable response ultimately led me to cancel my stay and leave the room.
