Room was huge and the mattress was first-rate. Staff were exceptionally helpful. The entire property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was varied and delicious. It was just as advertised.

Food is good, staff are extremely friendly. Room is nice and clean. the only thing that I have to complain is the sound proofing from the window, I can clearly hear all noises from the outside even I close all the windows

My wife and I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed excellent food and private onsen. Each day chefs came up with different delicious menus with plenty of local flavors and impressed us with their creativities. No wonder the owner has been in the local authentic Japanese restaurant business for years I heard.

Nice clean hotel that is very deceiving from the outside. Excellent customer service and the private onsen was awesome. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Beppu Tower located directly across the street with dining options also within walking distance. Convenient parking one minute away in the outdoor parking for the mall next door.

We spent 4 nights here and would highly recommend this hotel. The location was very convenient, close to the train station. The onsen were really nice, you have a great view of the town on the upper floor, after taking a bath. Private onsen is also very affordable (1000 yen). The breakfast was also great, traditional meal and also a buffet where you can get more stuff. Would definitely stay here again

部屋をアップグレードしてくれた。広くてきれいな部屋で快適に過ごせた。

場所は海側、駅から歩いて7-8分。近くに美味しいお店多数、温泉銭湯も多数あり、楽しめました。今回、お部屋が開いていたのでワンランク上の部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。ツイン大きめの部屋で、快適でした。最上階の温泉は気持ちよかったです。ウェルカムコーヒーなどがあり、ありがたく、朝食は和食のベースとバイキング両方ついていたので、もうお腹いっぱいでした。

4月12日〜13日　一泊で利用しました。 ロビーには定時にピアノ生演奏で癒されます。 ツインの部屋は広く、温泉があるにも関わらず 部屋のお風呂はバスタブも洗うところも大変広かったです。 　朝食も会場が広く隣のテーブルとも良い感じの間隔でゆったりと美味しくいただきました。 　 大満足で家路につきました。 別府駅よりアクセスも良く、友人などが別府に行くと言われたら絶対お薦めします。

市中心內，不論吃的一泊二食及房間超大及有風吕都值十分。同等级數的假日要$5000-6000，但這酒店真的是性價比超高。

온천이 정말 좋고 시설이 깔끔함

酒店雖然外表款式比較舊一點，但曾經重新裝修，所以地方整潔房間闊大浸浴地方寬闊，早餐同晚餐懷石料理非常好食，如有下一次再到別府，我一定會在一次入住。

직원 친절하고 방 깨끗하며 넓슴니다 주차장은 바로 옆에 있고 주변에 맛집도 많아요 특히 호텔로비를 나가면 마로 벳푸타워가 보이는 곳이라 위치도 좋습니다
