This hotel is under renovation. Its lift is of 18th century, tgey are still using fork lifts. Basically lifts don't function. Room has lots of sounds from outside. People climbing on stairs can be heard inside the room. Bathrooms have water logging issue. One positive part of hotel is its location. 50 m from canal. Breakfast is decent. Also, hotel reception is closed, they use their partner hotel's next building for check in and check out.

Wonderful boutique hotel with an amazing breakfast! The bed was extremely comfortable and the welcome bottle of wine such a nice gesture. Very well located in Aveiro to explore everything there is to see.

Tres bien situé. Pres de la zone des restaurants, des barques et rendez vous pour excursions. Lit ultra confortable. Petit dejeuner buffet avec bonne variétés, fruits frais, jus d'orange frais pressé.

Charming hotel, with thoughtful modern touches, excellent location and service

Everything was outstanding. Elfeu at the front desk is the example of the perfect customer service: polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient. Elfeu answered all our questions and we never felt rushed. The room is immaculate, the toiletries are excellent, the continental breakfast is wonderful with a big choice of fruit, yogurts, pastries, coffees, milks (we were very happy to see the soy one), the beds are comfortable and the linen is superb. You couldn’t wish for a better location. If we are ever in this area again, with no hesitation we will book our stay at this hotel.

Very nice clean and quiet hotel. Convenient for the canals and restaurants. Quirky layout because they had merged with the hitel next door.

Everything is very nice. Hotel is built at top a hill so there are a fair amount of stairs to climb. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is very good and of course the wine is excellent.

Leonardo at the front desk was so kind and helpful! He was friendly, answered all our questions, and even hand delivered us an extra pillow! We miss him already.
