The hotel is spotlessly clean, quiet and very relaxing. The bar is enjoyable and the breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices. We were very happy with the hotel.

The staff at this property are lovely. The service was fast, friendly, attentive and overall wonderful. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the room was the perfect temperature. I would definitely come again and recommend it to everyone. The beach is an easy walk with Western Union, a lil market and a restaurant around the corner. This was simply the perfect location.

This is a great place to stay! The staff are all very warm and welcoming. The area is quiet and safe. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby!

It was a lovely little place! We had a great breakfast! It was close to the Obidos Castle and it had free parking. Also lovely and helpful ladies at the reception.

Very nice people and free breakfast!

Place was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The only thing is finding parking and the hotel itself as you can’t really see it well when you arrive.

Good service but too many stairs

My family and I stayed here, I can't describe how horrible this experience was, the mold smell was awful. the room was so small. I have never experienced anything like this at any hotel before. The staff was trying their best, but this was such an unfortunate situation, the dirty room, and the smell made it worse.

Staff are well trained and attentive, breakfast is generous, fresh and delicous. The beach is a 15min walk and impressive but very crowded. There is nowhere to eat in the evening that is not on the main busy road. Overall we felt the hotel is overpriced for the area - we originally booked a double standard room but it was so small, windowless and oppressive we were forced to choose to upgrade (or loose our money). The upgrade was nice and in one of the 3 rooms with a balcony - this is very nice to have but not very private ( right next to the bar and have glass walls so everyone can look at you). Our biggest problem was the air conditioning wasnt working properly and leaked water into the room each night. The staff were very apologetic and put towels down but these were soaked by the morning. They did try to had get engineers out to fix them but could not get anyone during out stay. A small refund as a gesture of good will would have been appreciated.
