The room was clean, the continental breakfast had a wide selection of items, though the room could only be locked by key.

Breakfast was not bad, but no hot plates. The location is near the metro and Down town. Staff was ok. Night noise was bad. The stone covered road makes the noise terrible. The room was very small although it should be 20 square meters when I ordered the room online. Overall, the location is the most important for traveling.

It was a very convenient location for our travel needs. The location was accessible for dining with many options and a walking distance to our meeting places for the various excursions.

The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. A warning to any potential visitors, the underground car park is very small, down a ramp with a 180 degree turn at the bottom and in a medium-sized car was very, very difficult to manoeuvre and park. That said, the fact that we could park in central Brussels was a real positive. The location is brilliant and a 6-7 minute walk to the Grand Place and is surrounded by lovely restaurants and bistros.

Room was a little dark, and lighting not sufficient. no shampoo & conditioner in bathroom. Front desk staff lovely, and very helpful. Overall a good stay - no real complaints.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Atlas Hotel Brussels. The location was excellent; within easy walking distance to the main sights of Brussels and public transport. It was approx. a 15 minute walk to the central station. It was the perfect location to explore the Christmas Markets. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We were always greeted with a smile or a wave. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job each day. Our room was clean and had enough space to accomodate two adults and two young children. It contained the basic amenities (fresh towels daily, electric kettle, tissues etc.). There was a mini fridge, but it wasn't sufficient to refrigerate items (only keep items cool rather than cold). We visited in December, and the room was very warm. Our stay included breakfast, which had a good amount of options.
