I need pay extra fee, after pay my stay. The elevator is broken , my room is in 4th floor, I need use the stairs. The phone in my room no working, when I need something I need going down stair all the time

The hotel was perfectly fine for South American standards. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent'! Banks are at the corner and it is near several eateries.

Great central location. Good value for money and they gave us free parking.

I enjoyed my stay there. The room was small, but clean and modern. Only problem is that the hotel should have its own parking.

Nice, Chilean run hotel near the central plaza. The buffet breakfast was great with tons of options including fruit, meats, eggs, etc.

Bien en general pero me decía la oferta que había estacionamiento al frente en el otro hotel frontera pero todos los estacionamientos del hotel estaban ocupados si que tuvimos que pagar por guardar el auto

Un lugar muy agradable para pasar las noches. Cumple con las expectativas de quienes buscan un lugar limpio, agradable y cómodo. Lo malo, su desayuno tiene muy poca variedad.

El mayor inconveniente del hotel es que no posee establecimiento gratuito para los pasajeros durante toda la estadia. Condicionado a disponibilidad.
