This hotel was perfect for our stay in Lisbon. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is what made it so great. Theres a laundry mat next door, plenty of restaurants nearby and it’s perfectly situated just outside of Rossio square so that it’s quiet at night but you’re still in walking distance of all the action. We would stay here again!

The hotel was lovely and in a great area. The only down side is the shower stall in the room is very small and would not accommodate all sizes. It was very cramped. The staff were great and very friendly.

We came for a short stay and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer tbh, the beds are old and in need or refurbishment they weren’t very comfortable either. Bathroom small and the shower temp was hard to get it right due to the old dials on it.

Thw hotel itseld is nice and new. The outside is kinda sketchy esp at night.

Our twin room was very clean, came with a balcony with beautiful view, very close to public transport, room cleaned every day with fresh water bottles, bedding and towels every day. Would recommend to stay here

Great staff friendly, property was always tidy and clean

The agent at the front desk during checkin was grumpy. Air conditioner made a lot of noise preventing us from sleeping and we had to turn it off an endure the heat

Conveniently located and I was able to walk to tourist areas and catch bus and trains. Breakfast is very good and staffs are friendly. Hotel is not 5 star but functional and neat.

Very clean, staff is amazing, great location, walking distance to main attractions. Great breakfast. Our room was very small. Cathedral Ceiling is low on one side. You need to bend not to bump you head into it. Otherwise, we had great time.

Hotel location is great but noise at night room no sound barrier from outside you can hear cars , people screaming outside or talking on side walk , No coffee in the room or hot tea . Hotel is average. For the price I will not stay here next time .

De garage, die uiteindelijk 2 verdiepingen naar naar beneden liepen vonden wij aan de kleine kant. kan ook zijn dat onze huurauto iets te groot was. maar kreeg heel netjes een plakje voor de deur waar we 3 dagen hebben gestaan. Voor de rest een iets kleine kamer maar wel stond het hotel vlak bij de metro dus waren met een dagkaart zo weer in het centrum. voor een paar dagen een goed hotel.

Le personnel était empressé et très aimable. L’hôtel est bien situé à un jet de pierre de restos, pâtisseries et autres commerces. Les chambres sont exigües, mais bien organisées et avec un balcon et des chaises.

We were on a big family vacation. This hotel was a great place for us to meet and plan our days in Lisbon. The staff was great and hotel clean. The neighborhood was not the best but still safe

Very clean and conveniently located near Intendente metro station. Room was fairly small, but expected in this property style. Although the street wasn't a main road, seems to be a shortcut of some sorry, had lots of foot traffic at all hours of the night, and the room wasn't very soundproof. Not the hotels fault, but be aware and bring earplugs if necessary.
