Lovely hotel, especially good for young families. I have stayed here previously, at the same time last year and chose this hotel again because I enjoyed my stay so much, in a double sea view room with kitchen area and balcony with sun loungers and dining furniture. I am a pensioner with health problems and these facilities made my stay very enjoyable and restful. However, when I arrived at the hotel this year I was shown to a much smaller type of room than I was expecting and even though it had a sea view it had non of the facilities which made last years stay so enjoyable. I was very disappointed and complained to reception staff that I wasn't happy with my room only to be told that I would have to pay over £300 extra for the type of room I had last year. They explained that it was because I had booked my stay through 'Hotels.com' rather than directly with the hotel. This was confusing as the room description and photographs on 'Hotels.com' had led me to believe I was booking a better room than I actually was. I tried to change my half board status to bed and breakfast to make it more affordable but I was told that Expedia (Hotels.com) would not allow this and I had to pay the full price. My holiday ended up costing considerably more than I originally thought. So my advice is to check thoroughly what you are getting for your money before you book as it can be misleading when booking through online agents such as Expedia. I will book directly through the hotel in future.

Wow couldn’t fault this hotel (apart from a windy pool as elevated but says a lot that even this couldn’t put me off returning!) Nothing was too much trouble. Staff a dream to deal with. Room was ready on arrival with gorgeous finishing touches like pillow spray, robes, slippers, welcome chocolates, water replaced everyday. Late check out organised with zero issues - so refreshing! Superb location minutes from shops, restaurants and the beach which is a great alternative to the pool. Outstanding room views. Breakfast was out of this world - so much choice. Would 100% recommend!

Hôtel excellent, beaucoup d’attention, la chambre avec cuisinette impeccable la vue incroyable … nous avons été au spa, très bons soins. Le buffet très bon et varié, nous avons passé 10 nuits.

Wonderful location and fantastic service. Breakfast although a little crowed was good, especially if you go early. Parking is convenient and everything was walking distance from the hotel.

Lovely room and hotel. Excellent breakfast. Given how expensive the room was though surprising that we had to pay extra for parking and use of the spa was €35/ hour! We had an extra friend joining us lastinute and the fee for her staying in our room was almost what we had paid each.

Very well keep property with modern and quiet rooms with everything I needed. Bedroom and bathroom were excellent and the balcony was fabulous. I would definitely return here!!!

A great hotel for families. Lovely room. Fantastic breakfast. Great pools for the kids. The pools are in the shade until early afternoon so beach was a good option until lunch!

We had a great stay and we will definitely use this hotel again. Great location, stunning views, amazing breakfast buffet, fun pool. One piece of feedback which I’d like to give is that we were disappointed to find out that having spent so much on a room here we were told we’d have to pay extra to use the fridge. At this time of year we had lots of bottles of water which we’d like to chill but the fridge was deactivated unless we paid a fee for it, this was disappointing and unexpected in such a nice hotel.

This place is everything we were looking for. Stunning sea views, club for the kiddos, super clean, comfortable, very good breakfast, and very nice staff.
