Good location and close to the airport , excellent breakfast and locally grown fruits

Was very clean. Staff very professional.

Hotel was conveniently situated a couple of miles from Madeira Airport, perfect for an early morning flight! Although the restaurant was closed, l was given a discount voucher for sister establishment opposite the church and the food was excellent! Left hotel by booked taxi before breakfast was served! 😢 Santa Cruz is pretty little town!

This is a basic hotel. The showers need a thorough deep clean. The roof top pool is beautiful but there are no pool towels. The restaurant was closed which was not posted on their website when we booked. The positive was that it was near the airport for an early flight.

Good price near airport. Air condition did not turn on and could not keep window open due to street noise at night. Clean room

The staff was friendly and helpful. The towels were worn, threads hanging. The AC didn't work, it was warm. The price was good.

Great value for money hotel. Good breakfast with quite a few options, and comfy bed. Hotel seems a little bit dated and cleaning could be improved. However, would stay again if catching early flight or arriving late as it’s only 5 mins from the airport.
