Great staff, welcomes you with a big smile and ready to assist. Sunday Gym times are a bit strange, i checked in around 1pm. The Gym was not accessable.

Clean room

Great experience.

It was a very good room with spacious king bed. A nice balcony. Clean and prompt room service. Staff was friendly and responded well on time to any requests. Easy parking. Property being huge, a bit of a walk required.

Location is superb.. Lack of supervision

Good hotel with plenty to do, rooms are bit old not sure why but clean and service is spot on even when I checked in at 11:50pm.

The rooms were spacious and clean nice sized bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.. I would like to say thank you for an excellent stay

Nice and huge property but staff not adequate. The reception is terrible. Poor communication with the guest as well as their internal staff. Really need to work on that aspect.

It's a comfortable stay. The only problem was booking back side rooms from where the view is not good.

The Vista food is already The Gym equipment are new but the build is not well maintain. Schedule for shuttle bus to Amanora mall is hidden, hence not encourage for use.

Room was not as shown in the pictures. Took them forever to check me in. Very small bed with a hard mattress. While checking out, the reception claimed that one bedsheet and pillow were damaged and asked me to pay 5000 inr. Turned out they had minor food stains. Never in my life any hotel had asked me to pay for food stains.

plus : lavish rooms minuses : gym not operational, spa not operational room dircetory mentions facikities like badminton, squash etc but its not for the hotel guests when spoke to manager mr susheel, he said you can use facilties but get your rackets to play may be something 5 star catagory hotels should learn from this hotel

算是新的飯店，離Seasons Mall很近。沐浴用品提供的是Biotique，飯店有很棒的健身房及游泳池，但整個俱樂部還沒蓋好，很多工地。

El hotel es bueno, pero continúa en construcción, lo que es un poco molesto por el ruido de las máquinas. Ango que no me pareció es que no hubiera personal para llevar maletas y lo tuviera qué hacer yo misma
