Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Location was great and staff even better.

My flight cancelled and I wasn’t able to arrive for 2night stay. Called hotel to advise. They still charged my credit card. I am disputing it.

Loved our stay! I booked the hotel for its convenient location as I was running thr marathon in April. The spa was much needed for rest and recovery and it did not disappoint. The location was ideal, not just for easy access to the Metro but also for getting out and about exploring. The staff were very helpful, chatty and friendly. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. Excellent mixologist on the bar too The bed was comfy and the room we booked had a terrace so we were able to chill out there with a glass of wine of an evening. Loved our stay. Thank you

Excellent choice - convenient location to many train connections, has a spa and pool included with stay. There is an outdoor patio area and a bar on first floor. There is a great hot breakfast that can be purchased with your stay. Awesome place and great staff!

The staff are extremely warm and friendly and will do their best to ensure you have whatever you need for your comfort. Have breakfast at the hotel: good buffet…better breakfast than you will get outside and more affordable.

Everything about this property was a 10/10! It was clean, near transportation, had great dining options, and the staff was nothing short of amazing!

Hotel is in a great location close to the subway and other great restaurants! Great breakfast option in the morning at the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again and recommend to others! Stayed here for my birthday and my family was able to send up a bottle of champagne up to the room. The hotel did a great job.

My husband and I had a great one week stay. Friendly and super attentive staff. The room was new with everything we needed. A big plus were the spa facilities, including a nice pool and sauna. We really enjoyed the bar at the lobby and had drinks every night before going out to dinner. The area is great with lots of nice restaurants and bars. The hotel is located in a beautiful and quite street but very convenient to several train stations.
