Super clean. Comfy bed. Quiet. Not much around thought, no decent restaurant at walking distance. Plan accordingly, more so if you plan to arrive late.

Close walking distance from restaurants and shopping. Also close walking distance from bus stop to Neuschwanstein Castle.

This place was great! The staff were friendly and welcoming and our room was so comfortable. It was quiet enough at night that we were able to sleep with the windows open! The location can't be beat. It's within a short walk of old town and the parking garage made it so easy for us to come and go and explore the area. We ate dinner at the restaurant every night of our stay. The food was good but there was a limited menu. The breakfast was ample and delicious. Loved the variety of breads, rolls and pastries! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I booked a room for 4 but it looks like they gave us a room for 2 and added 2 beds for my kids that made our room so tight. Barely no space inside the room and it’s more pricey than our room in Cologne with bigger room. Outside of the hotel looks old

Very nice, clean and great staff. Beds were very hard and the light over the coffee station had no way to be turned off (or that we could find) without taking the card out of the slot. That in turn meant no charging or electronics, no light in the washroom during the night… bit inconvenient.

This was a very clean and nice hotel. It was an easy walk to and from the train station. We loved the castle artwork featured all over the hotel!

It was down the street from the touristy areas which was nice. Just a quick walk to that area. Parking garage onsite.

Nice hotel - modern decor and nice room. Parking although free in the local area is difficult so recommend paying for the car park.

Terrible experience , dirty hotel , very noisy next to main roads and the traffic . Staffs are very rude and not helpful , there is no complimentary coffee or tea meanwhile I paid almost $300 per night for a tiny room . Besides the noise from the traffics outside , The elevator next to me room made so much noise until after mid-night , staffs who do the cleaning there start making noise from 6 am in the morning and I can barely sleep .

Great place to stay. Fussen is stunning and well worth a good walk around the old town. Comfortable room and breakfast was amazing. The staff were really friendly too
