Et dejligt hotel med venligt personale og virkelig god morgenmad med masser af sunde tilbud.

The hotel was nice, bus stop outside and train station a few stops away although walkable. Breakfast was okay, hot and cold food although hot food is limited and not replenished enough during breakfast hours. From my observation, the dining area can be a bit messy with food on the floor that is not cleaned up efficiently but the limited staff on the floor do work hard to clear tables. My room was “cleaned” but I noticed they didn’t change the sheets because there was a mark on my pillow before I left the room and came back to it. The shower area is open plan so be cautious if you want a bit of privacy but the toilet is separate. The mini bar was stocked with apple juice, a lemon and a berry drink, sparkling and still water as well as a kettle and some teas which is restocked daily so that was nice. If you want to food from outside the hotel, you would either have to walk or take public transport/taxi as there is not really any restaurants local, I walked to Edeka supermarket which was well equipped for things you may need. There’s a fuel station across the road from the hotel as well. Checkout is 11am but I paid €15 to extend until 12. Overall, it was decent and in a quiet area.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Loved the vibe there. The rooms are excellent, breakfast choices are amazing. Staff at reception were lovely. There were a couple of things which could have made the stay a complete 10/10 but this would not stop me from staying here again

New and clean hotel. Breakfast was high quality. The only downside is it is several bus stops from the main train station.

Walkable distance to Hamburg central. Breakfast was good and the room was very nice.

Vi ledte efter et Hotel i Hamburg. Vi fandt dette hotel, og vi fortrød det ikke. Allerede da vi kom ind påhotellet, mødte vi en meget kundeserviced reception. Vores hotelværelse, var flot (gratis drikkevarer i køleskabet). Hotellets morgenmad, var super...der manglede slet slet ikke noget. Parkering var der også (måske lidt dyrt i døgnet 29 Euro), men det gjorde ikke, at vi var super super tilfreds med besøg på hotellet.

Lovely hotel

A lovely hotel with friendly personal service. Rooms are clean ande comfortable, though there was a lot of noise from traffic. We spent time on the terrace facing the canal, as the weather was lovely. The breakfast was exceptional. There was everything we needed. We had a lovely stay.

Ich habe das erste Mal diese Kette ausprobiert, sonst immer Hil. Jedoch war ich positiv überrascht. Check in lief schnell, wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 2. Etage. Dies wollte ich gegen ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen getauscht haben. Nett nachgefragt und ohne Probleme in die 6. Etage gewechselt. Das Zimmer sehr praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet, sogar mit echten Blunen. Im Bad kein Rost, keine Schimmelbildung in den Fugen, obligatorisch Duschbad und Schampoo, sowie Seife und Lotion. Die Minibar ist gratis, was schon mega ist. Kaffee und Tee ist auch auf dem Zimmer. Ich hatte ein Comfort Zimmer, mit Bademantel und Slipper. Schön leise, Klimaanlage auf 25 Grad möglich (Winter). Ich benötigte noch eine extra Decke, gegen Mitternacht wurde auch diese gebracht. Frühstück, naja, eigentlich alles was man möchte. Ich würde sagen, dies entspricht der gebuchten Kategorie. Mein bestelltes Omelett wurde gebracht, geschmacklich ein Traum.... ja es ist nur ein Omelett.... Wir hatten das Auto auch nach dem Check-out noch dort gelassen um in die Stadt zu gehen. Dies ging ohne Probleme. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, ich würde diese Kette auch in einer anderen Stadt probieren. Ach ja, das Personal ausnahmslos zuvorkommend und höflich.

We got there for 130pm on the 3/3/25 had trouble parking as the hotel was getting a delivery truck blocked the entrance, fair enough buy the young guy on the desk with deciding hair was just plain rude, I ask him as we were going to have to wait in reception could we order a drink, with out even lifting his head he pointed to the bar, yes that’s where you get a drink but there was know one serving after waiting 10mns a lady turned up and served me two small beers took my €10 no receipt and disappeared again. As the rude guy on the desk said our room would not be ready until just after 3pm (fair enough check in is 3) my partner and I walked across the street to the mercure for some food and drinks the staff were very friendly and polite. On arriving back at reception the que was out of the door it took us until 340pm to get our room key, if you were thinking of booking this hotel don’t just book the mercure where the staff don’t see you as a nuisance but a paying customer

My room was feeling dirty even after the house keeping had been in . The floor was feeling full of soil . I was checking my shoes every time I was going in the hotel to be clean . I dint know maybe it is just me . I had to swap the floor with the bath mat .
