Everything was excellent: location, the food, the rooms, and most of all, the kind customer service. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely be back.

The service at Hyatt Centric Guatemala was exceptional. From the door man, guest services, room service, everyone was just wonderful. The hotel is lovely and has many cultural references in its entire space. The restaurant and food were excellent as well. Highly recommend if staying in the area. Will be booking Hyatt Centric from now on for my Guatemala trips.

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and the staff was great. All their recommendations were spot on!!

The property was okay; the pictures are dated and the rooftop area was misrepresented (it is not as big - we had to fight for seats). Our shower also had mold in the top left corner, which was a bit concerning. The service was just okay; you had to constantly flag someone down for service and could not pay with large bills. The property also misrepresented the “shuttle service to the airport” - it is advertised as a free amenity that comes with staying at the property (it is the only reason we booked this hotel), but we were told you had to pay 15QUE PER PERSON (not trip). We ended up getting an uber for 10QUE for all 4 of us.

The Hyatt Centric in Guatemala City is by far the nicest of the hotels at that level. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was friendly down to the cleaning ladies. This is now the only hotel I will stay at in Guatemala City.

I love this hotel so much! It’s gorgeous, The food is fantastic. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The rooms are beautifully designed, very comfortable and have everything I wanted.

Good location. Gym was well equipped. The rooms were decently sized and clean. Hotel is modern and the staff is very polite. Didn’t use the pool but did check it out and it looked great as well. Would stay here again.

4 night stay was cut short to one night only for business reasons - upon check in I informed front desk of change. Hotel refused to refund any portion because I had checked in. Had I cancelled without checking in I would have received a partial refund. So why allow me to check in at all?
