Nice friendly staff, fantastic location. Good value for money.

Nice location, beautiful surroundings and nice, new hotel… The breakfast was well stocked… The bed was a bit soft and lumpy in our double bed room… I would suggest going with a queen size bed instead. Also, it’s weird that they have a coffee machine in the rooms but don’t provide one free water bottle for a stay of 2 nights… strange. Otherwise, it was fun!

Stunning location. Very peaceful & quiet but right next to a beautiful lake.

The hotel was very well situated with a beautiful view of the water. Check-in was horrendous I stood for approximately 15 minutes when we tried to check in early before someone showed up at the front desk even after asking for assistance from the restaurant staff to find someone. When we returned later in the day the Attendant At the check-in was in a side room eating and my wife had to hunt her down. The staff was quite rude at check-in.

Beautiful location and a fabulous lake view room made for a perfect getaway. We stayed 2 nights and would love to return to this awesome hotel. The service in the restaurant could improve as very slow service. The online booking for the restaurant does not seem to be noted on arrival and first come first served instead.

Fantastic views over the water

Amazing hotel with a great location and good facilities. The breakfast was absolutely amazing.The only thing they need to change are the mattresses.

We were there on business this is our second visit this year to the same hotel but this time the overall stay was great you couldn’t fault anything except I think maybe somebody should be checking the cleaning staff in the bedrooms we were there for 5 nights our room was hoovered once the towels weren’t changed the bins weren’t emptied on one day and the bed wasn’t made any day I do appreciate we were there 5 nights so maybe don’t change the towels every day but come on, the rest of the staff were marvellous the food was great and we love the hotel it’s only let down for us was the cleaning staff in the bedrooms .

Excellent location. The staff were very helpful but I feel the Hotel overall was understaffed for following reasons. Receptionist had to help with luggage Receptionist had to sort problem with bike hire Covers left on outside seats all week - no one to take them off? No one to take drinks orders

Great hotel. Lovely staff and great service. However not much around the locality and is probably great for a quiet stay.

We had a great room with great views but we had tree little problems 1) The balcony’s had NO break between each room so not very private 2) the towels were not very big in fact quite small 3) toilet paper was the cheapest they could find

Excellent location, this new hotel has a certain quirky charm. Previous reviews expressed some criticism of the staff. But we got a friendly reception the moment that we arrived.

Very new hotel, everything super clean, staff very professional, decor is amazing both in the reception area and restaurant as well as in the room, just 15 steps from the see, amazing view, complete and delicious breakfast, i would always come back, this hotel is a gem.
