Strategic location, comfortable and spacious, close to restaurants and cafes, the bathroom needs to be better maintained, but unfortunately there is an unpleasant smell in the basement.

Stains on the bed need attention, especially those that are easily visible or on the sides of the bed. Torn curtains need to be replaced. Other than that, they're in very good condition.

Honestly, it was a bit of a bad experience for me to get married and choose Amarosaa

ordered 2 connecting rooms... 1 room's AC wasn't cold at first, we complained and finally it was fixed quickly... but the AC wasn't cold yet. we complained again, it was fixed again and it wasn't cold either... I gave up and was too lazy to complain again, luckily the connecting door was opened so it could cool from the next room... please pay attention because AC is very important... for the rest it's still okay...

The staff is friendly and very helpful. It's located in the city center, so it's close to many places in Bandung. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

It's a shame that the hotel building is old and the location is quite strategic.

The location is strategic in the city, there are many culinary places that can be visited, close to Bandung station to take the whoosh feeder to Padalarang station. All the staff are friendly and helpful. For rooms that are not soundproof, you can still hear sounds from the next room, please pay more attention to customer towels because when checking in and on the 2nd day of staying, some of the towels were torn and not suitable for use and the color was no longer white (I have asked for a replacement to the hotel staff). Overall, the hotel service is good.

As far as I remember, Amorosa has carpeted floors, but yesterday I found one without. Maybe the Bandung and Bogor branches are different.

Strategic location, close to culinary center and easy to reach

No parking space available...need to improve on this.

Long weekend, there are lots of wedding events so there are lots of people in the lobby.

The location is strategic. Very close to Saparua field. So runners friendly.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is great, nice surrounding, walking distance to nice cafe's & restaurants, a small market, etc. Unfortunately, the hotel is old, the room was old and kind of spooky.

Strategic Location Friendly and helpful staff... But the room atmosphere is not attractive anymore, the room furniture should be changed... Because the table is dirty... The AC and water heater facilities are functioning well. But the TV channels are not good, the room is also not soundproof... The lobby is also small so it is not very spacious... Just a nice stay.. 😀
