The staff is very friendly, the place is very comfortable.

Check-in took quite a while. Upon entering the room, the door was noisy and stiff, requiring a lift. The window near the pantry couldn't be fully covered by the curtains. The sink was also inadequate. The bed was also noisy and rickety. There was only one slipper (the left one). The toilet lid was broken on one side, and there was a lot of soap on the floor. Just a suggestion, if possible, a sign indicating the direction of the Qibla could be provided. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

There are a few things that need to be straightened out. 1. The hotel is not haunted and there are no ghosts either. It is proven that my 2-year-old child really enjoyed his vacation here. 2. The staff is very friendly from the front security to the pool staff, no one laughed like in other people's reviews or was rude. 3. The food is just standard, not too good, not too bad. Just so-so. 4. Room comfort, quite comfortable. The bathroom, toilet, shower are all new and clean white, only the shower curtain should be replaced with glass so that the shower water doesn't splash everywhere and get muddy. Then the floor because it doesn't use carpet and added after the eruption it is a bit dusty everywhere. The rest is all okay. One more thing, it's not haunted. One day if you are in Anyer, you may stop by here again. Amen.

Amazing, masyaallah tabarakallah. A staycation after the eruption of Mt. Merapi was heartbreaking but fun. Few people stayed overnight, the night atmosphere was a bit thrilling, the morning atmosphere was very pleasant. Want to sleep to the sound of the waves, wake up to the sound of the waves plus immediately see the beach. Type of old-fashioned hotel, the floor is still old-fashioned ceramic, the swimming pool is large because it is quiet so it feels like your own, there is direct beach access, breakfast is varied and tastes quite good. The only downside is there is no telephone in the room so it is difficult to ask for room service. God willing, definitely stay here again if you go to Anyer.

A comfortable environment for bringing the family. The service is quite satisfactory. Close to family-friendly tourist attractions. I'd come back if I have the chance.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean, but unfortunately the TV didn't have any channels. Please improve the room cleaning, such as changing the sheets and amenities. Otherwise, it was fine. I'll definitely come back again.

This hotel always brings back nostalgic memories of family time during my childhood. It was once the largest, most luxurious, and most expensive hotel in Anyer. When I stayed, the hotel was undergoing renovations and rejuvenation of its facilities and infrastructure. I stayed in the Presidential Suite, which had also been renovated. Some aspects of the renovation may need to be fixed, such as the water in the bathroom not flowing towards the drain. Beach access and water sports activities remain the best and most comprehensive among other hotels. Other facilities, such as tennis courts, badminton courts, and a swimming pool, can be fully utilized. The myth of being haunted is just that, a myth. Hopefully, this hotel can soon return to its original condition when it was still managed by Sol Elite management.

I stayed in Deluxe Suite 5509 on the 5th floor. The room is spacious, with a dining table, living room, and sofa bed. There are 2 balconies with a sea view, although from the side. There is a bathtub, pantry, and refrigerator. It's iconic with an old hotel, but it's still quite good. The AC is leaking and very noisy in the room. The floor is very dirty on the feet if you don't wear sandals. The hallway to the room looks deserted, but not scary. The pool is clean, with a bar attached to the pool. There's a sunset viewing area while listening to live music (on Saturday nights). If you want to go to the beach, it's very close, there are lots of food and beachwear for sale. There are many paid water sports (jet skis, banana boats, ATVs). The beach is quite clean... not bad even though it's an old hotel.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the facilities are quite complete, making it a great place for kids. The downside is the beach is full of vendors.
