Very nice hotel for the money. Friendly, clean, and a nice swimming pool.

Very close to Kuta Beach, can walk, lots of culinary around, next time I want to come here again.

Hotel front office staff was terrible. Mrs. Sri Rahmawati known as hotel supervisor, needs anger management by delivering poor costumer service. if you have more than 1 childrens above 6 years old, hotel policy (says mrs. Sri) wont let them stays in the same room. you have to book another room which is rediculus. Go find another one instead.

Air Cond in room might be old and cannot give nice temperature

The rooms are spacious, nice, neat, clean, not noisy, soft mattresses, spacious and safe parking, close to cheap and halal eating places, responsive and friendly service. Addicted to staying here, if you go to Bali, definitely look for this hotel again hehehehe. The price is cheap thank God. Children are comfortable and like it. The swimming pool is clean. It's great anyway

The worst hotel in Kuta!! Room (room 102) was so dark and very damp. The smell of damp was unbearable that we had to open the door when we were inside. The worse thing was that I got bitten by bed bugs all over my thighs. Breakfast was nothing special. Saw a guest at the hotel bringing in a "lady caller" into his room and the hotel reception in duty didn't bother to say anything - while lots of other guests were family with young children such as myself. Hotel needs to give a strict regulation on this!!

Room does not match what I ordered in the application. I asked for a king size double bed room but was given a twin bed room.

This is my second time here. All the same as 2 years ago I came here. Prices are cheap with facilities that exceed expectations, quiet environment, friendly staff, clean swimming pool, good rooms. Every day cleaned. Nice, thank you flora. Will be right be here soon.

Good interconnecting rooms so it's fun to have a vacation with family. Close to delicious and quick laundry stalls for washing express clothes.
