The hotel is located in the city center. The hotel is quite large and comfortable. Although the air conditioning throughout the lobby and hallways is lacking. The swimming pool is small, towels are provided upon request. The rooms are comfortable, clean according to star standards. There is a water dispenser in the room. The family room is a bit awkward, there is a terrace, but the floor is synthetic grass that gets wet. There are nails protruding. Be careful. The TV can connect to Netflix, the Wi-Fi is smooth. Amenities only include toothbrushes, toothpaste, three-in-one soap, and shampoo and conditioner. The hotel is looking for a cheap package. For other amenities, you have to request. The restaurant menu is quite varied, although the taste is ordinary, tending to be less than delicious. The staff is quite friendly. Ample parking.

In the middle of the night, I was a bit awkward because the water dispenser happened to run out, so it made a noise. Hehe, but luckily there was a refill station in the corridor so I could replace it immediately. The service and everything was okay, this is our second time staying here.

The swimming pool water is not too cold, so the children are comfortable swimming.

This hotel is highly recommended, but unfortunately, I was on the third floor. The sound of the machine above my room (likely a jet pump) echoed from that night until my check-out at 11:00. The location is very close to Semarang city, and there's an Indomaret in front of the hotel. The parking lot is very spacious. If you're staying here, choose the fifth or sixth floor.

A very pleasant stay. The hotel staff, especially the receptionist, were very friendly and informative. I was also very helpful in allowing early check-in at 12:00 PM, which was definitely a plus. The room was comfortable and clean. The Daikin air conditioning was just the right amount of cooling and worked very well. The lighting in the room was bright and even, creating a more comfortable atmosphere. The room also felt airtight, which ensured optimal quality rest. Overall, my stay was very satisfying and deserves a 9/10 rating. I would definitely stay again in the future. P.S.: The family room... TOP

However, the downside is that the room wasn't soundproof, so noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms could still be heard, somewhat disrupting rest. The lights in the room and bathroom were dim (some lights would go out when one switch was turned on). Overall, the stay was satisfactory and well worth the price. It's still highly recommended, with the caveat that soundproofing needs to be improved.
