It's a great choice for a budget-friendly stay in Surabaya! A pleasant stay. Reasonably priced and close to many dining options.

The hotel is very close to Tunjungan Mall. Luckily, I got a spacious room at the end, and early check-in was also allowed. The room was clean. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, and the building needs some renovation to make it look less dated. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a budget hotel. 👌

The hotel is close to Jalan Tunjungan, with plenty of food vendors nearby. The staff is friendly, the air conditioning is cool, and the bed is clean. There's only a row of used mattresses along the wall leading to my room on the 6th floor, so it feels a bit cluttered.

The hotel staff was friendly, because the TV in the room had no picture, the technician came quickly and helped set the TV so it was good again.

1. Security, some of them were unfriendly. 2. I booked a superior room. People on TikTok said they got a room with a smart TV, but I got a regular LED TV. When I checked in, they said the room was newly renovated and very clean. But I didn't get a smart TV. But I didn't have time to complain because I checked in late, around 6 PM, and I was already tired. 3. Breakfast was slightly delayed to around 6:15 AM because I was in a hurry, worried about being late. But it was okay, I still made it. The food was delicious, especially the pindang fish (if I'm not mistaken), which I found to be the best. But fish wasn't served every day, so it alternated between the days. 4. There were two elevators, but they were slow to operate, and the buttons weren't synchronized to one, which often caused them to stop on a particular floor because someone pressed both buttons but ended up going up in the other elevator.

It doesn't feel good, like in my own home.

The room was nice, everything was fine. However, renovations were underway, so it was very noisy in the morning. It disturbed my rest.

I've stayed here several times. The staff is super friendly, and any complaints are addressed immediately. The room is incredibly clean and smells great, and the prayer equipment is also clean and fragrant.

The hotel staff didn't take the initiative to bring my things to my room; I even had to push them myself. The room didn't meet my expectations, smelled of cigarettes even though I'd requested a non-smoking room, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling. Changing rooms took a long time.
