Cleanliness was bad the bed sheet so smelly. The room so dirty. The bathroom also dirty and got worm even though the hotel is only a budget hotel but the cleanliness must be done effectively

Water bath murky, aircond hot room.

Hotel staff very nice but equipment need to upgrade, air cond leakage.

The shower room n sink got clogged, we were feeling uneasy n couldn't move to another room.

No parking space.I was fined for parking nearby the hotel

Disappointed with the service... when we complained about the sink water blockage, the service counter person merely said need to wait until the next day the handyman will come, without even taking a peep. but we were already gone the next day...

The pipe drain was struck. Need plumber to maintenance

Toilet is dirt, aircond is not cold.

It's great. We've enjoyed every moments there. Will come again later.
