The hotel was pleasant because it was close to Kuta Beach. However, the rooms could have been given a choice of double or twin rooms. When we arrived, we were given a twin room, but the staff was kind enough to provide a solution. The balcony we had was marked "closed due to mosquitoes," but it couldn't be opened at all, so we could only enjoy the view from inside.

The room is not soundproof, even a cough from the next room can be heard, and the PVC floor is starting to wear out so it hurts when you step on it.

Everything from the rooms to the pool was very nice, but the food was very bland. Breakfast was helped by the delicious Indomie egg noodles, but the breakfasts, like the bread, were a bit hard, and the rest was very lacking.

The service is good and friendly to children and their needs during their stay.

I chose a room with a beach view and I have no regrets at all because the view is truly beautiful. The room and bathroom are also clean, it's just a shame there was a problem with the curtains in my room facing the beach, they couldn't be opened. Then another thing that could be input is the variety of food (breakfast), maybe the variety and taste of the main course could be added, because I feel the seasoning is a bit lacking. One more thing, the swimming pool on the 1st floor, in my opinion the pool is poorly maintained, the water is not clear, the chlorine is very noticeable both from the smell and the texture on the skin, then lastly and most dangerous is that many of the mosaics / ceramics are loose, this can certainly injure the feet of visitors who step on the bottom of the pool, I was one of them. for the 2nd floor pool, it is quite good, well-maintained and clean. However, overall I am satisfied with my stay at Wyndham Garden Kuta. Thank you 🙏

The water in the room was so salty that I didn't dare bathe or brush my teeth with it. I was worried about using seawater.
