A cool and comfortable place to bring the family

If you don't wait for the egg corner, it will be given to another guest first. While I was waiting for the egg corner, the food on my table was cleared by the FB team. The room was mediocre, and the bathroom was relatively small for a price of almost 1 million rupiah. The bathroom amenities were also incomplete. I booked a king bed, but was given twin beds.

Please be aware of service quality during peak season, as staff are inadequate, meaning rooms aren't checked before check-in. Some room amenities are incomplete. Wi-Fi on the upper floors is inadequate, and in-room TV channels are also lacking.

A good staycation spot for families because of its strategic location in the city center.

The place is clean, and the breakfast is quite good. The hotel's atmosphere is great for relaxing or just enjoying some me-time. The price is affordable but the service is excellent. I'll stay here when I need some me-time or with my family. Evening swimming is very popular, and night swimming is also great.

The room's AC needed servicing. I had to move two rooms because the AC wouldn't cool enough before settling into the third room. Other than that, everything was fine. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with carrying things.

Friendly and comfortable with room service and restaurant, swimming pool is always cleaned every day.

It's the most comfortable place to take the family on a staycation, the kids are happy.
