Nice and comfortable hotel. With good facilities, friendly staff.

The location is close to the airport, the breakfast is quite good, the place is clean, just the atmosphere of the room, hopefully it can be updated to follow current furniture trends.

On Saturday nights, they have a dinner event in the village, and the food is very reasonably priced. The meatballs are delicious, and the service is impeccable. Everyone is friendly. The restaurant staff are very welcoming, the pool staff are very helpful with towels, and the rooms are very clean. Awesome.

When I go to Bangka Island, I always stay here because with this rate I get a room that is quite spacious and clean, even though the room atmosphere is not suitable for continuing work because the lights are a bit dim.

The pool is nice, clean, and spacious. The food is affordable. The rooms are non-smoking. The prices shouldn't be too expensive.

The hotel is nice, spacious and clean, very comfortable to stay here.

When I arrived at the front, there was no bellboy or doorman. When I entered with a suitcase, the staff, like the bellboy, just looked at me. Breakfast, the spicy Thousand Island salad dressing was inedible. I had complained and pulled it in and when I came out, I tried it again, it was still the same, spicy. I am a spicy eater, but with that level of spiciness, the dressing was not right (this was the first time I got spicy salad dressing). The fried rice was delicious. The variety for western food was lacking. For the Indonesian menu, it was the same for 2 days. Chicken was replaced with fish, vermicelli was replaced with noodles, fried rice was replaced with stir-fried rice. Overall it was good, but on the second day I was no longer interested in having breakfast at the same place. The last day, when I looked under the room bench, it was dusty and there were like children's snack cups. The front desk staff was kind and friendly. The restaurant staff was kind and friendly. The doorman on the last day was quite kind and friendly.

The hotel atmosphere is cool and fresh, unfortunately the bed and bathroom are no longer worth selling at hotel prices.

For cleanliness, comfort is very good, and the friendliness of the staff and the best receptionist. But for the room I think it needs some improvements for the door and AC.
