Strategic location, affordable price, and free room upgrade.

Friendly staff and service, strategic location. However, the blankets and pillows have gone flat and are no longer bouncy. Since sleeping here, I've developed numerous bite marks that look like mites on my body. Perhaps the mattress should be checked for cleanliness. So far, all good except for the mattress and the Wi-Fi.

A nice and clean hotel, located in the city center, with plenty of culinary spots nearby, Balinese souvenirs, and more. Friendly staff, delicious and varied restaurant food, and a calm, cool, and beautiful atmosphere. Close to the beach, with pool access right in front of the room. Simply the best! 👍

Nice and cheap hotel near Kuta

The most enjoyable experience during my stay! The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, even when we asked for things to be done, they were all well taken care of. The holiday vibe was truly special. The only thing lacking in Wi-Fi was the room size. Wow, it was truly worth staying here! The pool was clean, the bedrooms were clean, and the bathrooms were clean. Service 100/10 ✨

The room is very spacious, clean and most importantly close to everywhere. In front of the alley is Krisna souvenirs and near McD and also near Tempong Indra. Next to the hotel is Circle K so if you need to buy medicine/snacks you can just walk. Most importantly, it is in the middle of the city so if you want to go to Canggu/Seminyak/Sanur it is only about 20 minutes. The best thing is, the staff is friendly, it has a Smart TV too. Will be back, I swear!

The hotel is very strategic, there are many places to eat and shop, the service is super duper friendly and the cleanliness is great 👍🏻 next time I go to Bali, I want to stay here again ☺️

I had to change my room because the AC wasn't cold, but overall [it was] good.

The pillows are flat/old and no longer soft, it's time to replace them, it makes my neck hurt. The room is not soundproof, both from the upper floor and from the adjacent rooms, then in the morning there is music from outside, quite disturbing. And lastly, the toilet flushing was not working when reported for repair, then after returning to the room in the afternoon, it turned out nothing had changed, instead the shower jet was also stuck, and I was tired of complaining. The management or MOD should have asked for feedback after receiving complaints, hopefully in the future it can be better. The only win is the location is quite good.

This is my second stay at the Concioo Hotel, due to its strategic location, within walking distance to Tempong Indra. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, smiling, and provide prompt service. The room is cleaned daily. I even left my jacket behind, but the incredibly kind and honest staff took care of it. If I ever return to Bali, I'll definitely stay at the Concioo Kuta again.

I've been staying here since the pandemic. The rooms are comfortable, the staff friendly, and there are tons of food and coffee shops nearby. I've stayed here year after year.

Receptionist was kind and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Hot shower could be improved as the hot water is unstable and the water kept getting cooler the longer you shower.

Overall, it is still the best hotel for this price and is always the best regular hotel.
