Awesome accommodation. Good and friendly service

The service is quite satisfactory but the atmosphere is scary.

After the pandemic, it has not fully recovered, therefore the facilities from this place have not fully recovered either, but for the needs of staying, tranquility, this place is a recommendation.

The room did not match what was ordered, the air conditioner was not cool, the towels seemed to have not been washed for a long time because of the smell, the mattress also smelled musty when you opened the blanket, the sheets were dirty, there was hair/fur which was also not cleaned.

It's not bad, it's just that it's not well-maintained because of the pandemic. Service okay.

Positive: large room size, pool in front of room, location not far from Jimbaran beach to the beach on foot. Negative: The towel is not fragrant and not every day is replaced 3 nights staying the towel is just it, the backyard of the room is not maintained, drinking water is only given at the time of arrival then told to buy out, minimalist food, wifi is only available in the lobby / restaurant. Tube TV with local channels don't expect internet TV in the room. the shower in the bathroom that we rented is damaged and not checked / replaced.

The AC remote is damaged, so it must be self-manual. Even his Tv can not flame.

Service is less satisfactory, already paid via online but ordered battalion because the full room, after a long waiting there was an empty room, dirty bathroom, smelly, unkempt, only 1 towel, no drinking water, instant noodle breakfast, not recommended.
