This hotel only sells its swimming pool facilities. The room facilities are very poor. I stayed in room 410, the toilet had no water spray for washing. There was no hot water either. The sheets, bed cover and pillow cases were all worn out. The chairs in the room were dusty. The AC was very old. The breakfast menu was only one menu, there was no other variety, and the food was not as tasty as food at a warteg, even though this hotel is quite expensive. This hotel is indeed old, dating back to 1972. It should have undergone many renovations, but it seems like it has never been renovated. There were several roofs in the hallway leading to the elevator from my room on the 4th floor, room 410, the roofs were leaking black and had not been renovated at all. The swimming pool was dirty with lots of dirt in the pool, as if it was rarely cleaned. This hotel only looks good from the outside.

The positive aspects of this hotel are the large swimming pool, varied breakfast, and comfortable beds. The rest are negative.

Coming here is a nostalgic experience. The location is very strategic. The hotel is a bit older, but it's clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent and friendly, just as it was back then.

What was disappointing was that we were only charged for parking even though we stayed overnight. It was already 20,000 rupiah for one exit, and it was already 100,000 rupiah for 5 exits.

The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. The Wi-Fi was also good. The rooms were spacious, but some amenities needed upgrading, such as the air conditioning and the bathrooms lacking exhaust fans. The breakfast was delicious with Indonesian specialties. The swimming pool was spacious and comfortable, like a theme park, perfect for bringing the kids on vacation.

Room 425 started checking in at 7 pm, the AC was turned on continuously until we returned to the room at 4 am, the room was not even cool even though the AC was set to the lowest temperature and the fan was at maximum.

So far the staff are friendly and nice. But it would be better if the cleaning staff knocks first before entering the room. If there really is no answer, then they can enter. I was sleeping. Because the bell was so small that I couldn't hear it, the cleaning staff immediately opened the door and entered. There is also no key to the room from the inside. So in the future, please pay more attention and add a key for the inside.
