Absolutely the worst customer service experience.
This booking was non-refundable, and yet the hotel showed zero professionalism or accountability. Prior to arrival, I was explicitly told that early check-in was possible and advised to leave a note on the website, which I did. Upon arrival, however, they suddenly changed their stance and stated that early check-in was only available if I upgraded to a “boutique room.” due to full room. This condition was never communicated in advance.
There was no apology, no effort to resolve the situation, and no practical solution offered. I was left waiting for over an hour, wasting time and energy, while staff showed complete indifference.
When I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told that no supervisor was available or reachable, leaving me with no escalation channel whatsoever. This reflects extremely poor service standards and lack of accountability.
To make matters worse, the hotel is under renovation, which was not transparently disclosed. The whole “opening” feels rushed and shady, and the management appears unprepared to handle guests properly. Overall, the experience was questionable, disorganized, and deeply disappointing.
I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone who values honesty, basic courtesy, or competent customer service.
