Keep the good service and cleanliness

Very interesting for me who is far from West Java

The hotel staff are friendly and the rooms are always clean, and they respond quickly when we need something.

The food variety is lacking. I had breakfast at 8:15, but a food stall was already closed, claiming they were sold out. They should have been refilled at least 30 minutes before the restaurant closed.

An impressive experience. I've stayed here twice and, God willing, I'll stay here again when I go to Jogja. The strategic location is great.

friendly staff, the room is not that spacious but very comfortable, the bathroom is a bit narrow but nice, just a bit smelly of the water heater machine, not the urine one, including the towels too. the food is very varied and all delicious. there is a luggage storage area and a fitness center too. there are 2 elevators and can be used by all. there are also 2 stairs. parking is very spacious, the staff is very friendly. complete amenities. drinking water is provided in dispensers along the room corridor.

The sappanwood tea was delicious, and the double bed was large. I was satisfied... and I'll be back again next year.

The hotel is comfortable, access to everywhere is close because it is in the center, please develop it further to build a swimming pool.
