Initially, we were given a less-than-ideal room, but after protesting, we were moved to a more suitable one. The sheets and towels looked outdated, no longer white, and were even stained. We had to complain before they were replaced. The room wasn't cleaned on the second day, only the bed was made.

The place is close to the Pasteur toll road, the rooms are big, the staff are friendly.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the TV, air conditioning, and water heater working properly. The hotel is also quite clean. The staff is also responsive to any needs.

The food is varied, very tasty.

I checked in at 7:00 PM. As soon as I entered the room, it felt stuffy. I looked for the AC control, but it didn't work. I called reception, and a technician came and said the AC needed time for the compressor to work. I waited until 7:40 PM, and I couldn't stand the stuffiness of the room, and the AC wouldn't turn on. I complained again, and they told me to wait. I finally checked out. I was so frustrated. The pillow was also soft, like there were sweat stains on it.

The location is behind an SPBU near Maranatha University, with access through the SPBU, and another one behind (smaller street). The Wi-Fi was good and strong enough. Breakfast consists of rice, another carb (noodle/beehoon), meat, veggie, salad, fruits, bread, and a type of porridge. They have a water dispenser in the restaurant; even if the restaurant is closed, you can still go there to get water. So, for those who drink much water, they provide drinking water from a dispenser. I really like this point, as not many hotels provide this service in Indonesia, while most hotels provide unlimited drinking water in Malaysia (MY) and Singapore (SG). The hotel provides bottled shampoo, a soap bar, a toothbrush, and small toothpaste. Remember to bring your own bath cream if you're not used to using a soap bar. Overall, I like this hotel; if I go to Bandung again, I might choose this hotel again.

Clean and well-stocked, highly recommended. The only thing that needs improvement is the taste of the main breakfast dishes.
