I took a suite room. As per the picture, complete with sofa, TV and kitchen set. Sufficient lighting, the bathroom is quite clean. only for the shower the water pressure is lacking. For laundry, if possible, the completion can be accelerated to be completed in one day. For breakfast, the menu is quite complete and the taste is quite adequate. The location is very close to Lotte, just cross over. many places to eat around the hotel.

Second time staycation here. The room is neat and clean and the location is definitely very strategic to the city center.

On the first day the room key could not be opened. The staff said the battery was dead 🙂 but the staff quickly fixed it. For the price per night, please consider those who do not have breakfast. Cleanliness is improved.

didn't expect for the price of 600K to get a big and comfortable room, there is also a mini fridge, even though it is rare to get it. for breakfast the room is cozy, the menu is varied and changes every day, all the staff are friendly including the security, access to lotte mart is also close, in front of the hotel there is Circle K to the airport is also only 35 minutes on Sundays

We are one of the hotel's regular customers but yesterday we left our pants behind when checking out, after we confirmed via WA to one of the employees there who claimed to be Peter, we received poor service regarding the left items from the employee, we asked for help to have them laundered (in this case we paid the fee) but the information was that they could not help us to have them laundered because we were former guests, then we also asked for help to pack them but they packed them carelessly and very untidy, the point is that the employee did not help us wholeheartedly, my suggestion if there is a case like this again, please always help even though we are former guests because a case like this really disappointed us with the Avissa hotel service.
