Honestly, the room is actually nice in terms of space and atmosphere, but the family room smells a bit musty and damp, like it hasn't been used for a long time. Then, there's one pillowcase that smells really bad, like it hasn't been changed. Then I complained and it was immediately replaced. Then the bathroom is a bit less clean, but it's quite okay for everything.

The hotel staff is very friendly, for example if your room is on the 3rd floor, they offer to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor, which is quite helpful because there is no elevator there. If you want hot water, you can get it from the dispenser near the reception or ask the staff for help. Close to the laundry and also the main road to Jalan Soekarno Hatta/Blimbing. The nearest minimarket is Alfamart 200 m from the hotel. Worth it for that price.
