Very satisfying to stay here, will come back here again

Very friendly service. Very satisfied.

Convenient place. Shopping stalls and eateries with cafe right downstairs. Easy to get taxis & grab for transport. Favorite place for short visit.

The location is very strategic, if you want to shop and eat, just go downstairs and you will find shopping and food places, it is very strategic, but the first night I stayed, there was no bathroom mat and the bathroom was slightly flooded with shower water because it could not drain into the dirty water hole and had to be cleaned and wiped with my feet, and the second day I stayed there was no toothpaste or toothbrush, and also only one toothbrush and toothpaste were provided even though we booked for 2 adults, there was also no coffee, tea, and sugar available, for a room that price, these small things should be provided. But overall it's quite good Thanks

Stay here because it's truly central. You can walk to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, and Thamrin City is just a short walk away. It's also close to Indonesia Arena. The rooms are neat and clean, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. This is the hotel to go to!

Room 771, 6th floor, felt like sleeping under a bridge. Every time a car passed overhead, it felt like an earthquake. The noise disturbed my rest.

This hotel is close to GI and PI as well. It's highly recommended for those who want to shop at Thamrin City. Just take the elevator down and you'll be there. There are also several eateries downstairs, and an Indomaret is right in front. For those who want to check in, don't go up to the 6th floor like me! It's a hassle! Just go down and take the elevator to the 7th floor to check in. The food taste could be better!

AC is not cold enough, shower is not running smoothly

The hotel's central location makes it easy to shop at Thamsi Market and the central business district. However, upon arriving or returning to the hotel after midnight, the parking lot lights were turned off, creating a spooky atmosphere. The elevator leading directly to the hotel lobby was also out of service, forcing us to use the west elevator, which required navigating through poorly lit corridors between the ground-floor kiosks and the parking lot.
