Very comfortable. Large room, friendly staff, especially the room cleaner. I forgot the name of the man on the first floor.

The staff was friendly, but the balcony door didn't have a lock.

The hotel staff was very helpful, check-in was at 10 PM but the room wasn't ready yet.

The hotel is nice, kid-friendly, and the food is plentiful and quite tasty. The bread is delicious. The only downside is the lack of parking. There's only one baby chair, so you have to carry your child for breakfast.

Breakfast & Service: The breakfast menu is extensive and varied. The service from the staff is also good and friendly. View: Breakfast with a direct view of Mount Gede is a great added value. Cons (-): Room Condition: The standard room type and some of the furniture/facilities feel quite outdated. Renovation/renovation is needed. Conclusion: Overall, this place is perfect for healing and enjoying the fresh air of Cipanas. If the room facilities were updated, it would be even more perfect.

Kids-friendly hotel, my kids loved staying here.

My parents were sick, but the staff quickly took a wheelchair and took them to the room.

The price of the hotel is relatively cheap, and the overall environment is okay. There is a restaurant on the same floor, which is convenient for eating, but the sheets are a little dirty.

Next time I want to stay again, sleep comfortably, and eat delicious food.

I was impressed by the friendly service from the staff at this hotel, especially the bellboy, security, and restaurant staff. Good job and keep the excellent service.

The staff was friendly, but the deluxe rooms were extremely poor in terms of cleanliness. Dirty pillowcases with black spots and marks, itchy sheets, dirty window curtains, and a dead and neglected window garden were quite an eyesore.

The staff were all friendly and smiling. I had no issues during my two-day stay; it was clean and tidy. The room was spacious. I'd come back if I had time. Recommended.
