The staff is very friendly, the service is very good, check-in and check-out are also very nice and easy. If I go to Jakarta again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again 😂, the environment is also nice, strategic, close to everywhere, there are even lots of snacks around it, wow, it's really delicious, give it a try.

The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Food is delivered to your room. For that price, you get a spacious room and a spacious bathroom.

The AC is not cold enough..so it's not comfortable

There was no AC from the beginning. And the staff was very unfriendly. When asked why it was hot, they just said it was being renovated. Meanwhile, the parking lot was the only part being renovated and it had nothing to do with it. And the glasses in the room weren't washed. Usually, staying here isn't as bad and ugly as this. Really don't recommend the Trinity staff who now have no attitude!!! The room was also really bad, really don't recommend it. It was just because I was in transit so I could be close to Gambir the next day, so I only stayed for a short time, luckily it wasn't for long.

The hotel was undergoing renovation when I stayed, so it was a lil inconvinience. Over it is a good hotel.

the room key was jammed had to try several times before I could get in even though I was in a hurry to get in because I was tired and had to pee breakfast was not a buffet but was delivered to the room because it coincided with an event my husband asked for breakfast to be served at the restaurant so it wouldn't be stuffy in the room

I booked a deluxe room for New Year's Eve from D-14 but it was very disappointing because it was not recorded in the hotel system, the fault of Traveloka but the hotel's front office service was very slow & I was given a superior room which was not good. Like a leftover room. Their solution was only to offer a refund of 250 thousand. Which is if I booked at the rate on D-14 the price would have been much cheaper. Disappointing because my mood was upset because the room was not according to what we ordered. Please the hotel can be better in the problem solving offered & do not let guests wait too long because the lobby is not AC & there are lots of mosquitoes

The location is not convenient as the road is small. The pillows are not hard enough and not so comfortable.

Quite satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the room but it needs to have air freshener.

For comfortable rooms, just try to improve the facilities for changing dates. For example, you can't refund when you change the date or you can't change the date but you can refund.

Strategic, easy to find food.

For the room, the condition is very good and comfortable, the AC is also cold, hot water all works. Only the hallway area looks a bit dirty, there are many leak marks on the ceiling like an old building.
