I love the location, 5 minutes walk to Beachwalk Shopping Center, 10 minutes to Kuta beach. Nice balcony, breakfast also good.

Anyway, the hotel is clean and all the hotel employees are friendly and there is also a lot of food available in the morning. Because it was already late, I bought fast food like the one in the photo because in front of the hotel there is a cicrel ke that is ready to sell food until night. I recommend this hotel. And there are 2 swimming pools. Anyway, it's really good. I want to stay there again next time.

Access to the mall is close, just walk 7-10 minutes, there are many minimarts around the hotel. The only minus is car access and parking is not very free because it is in an alley. If the visit is a trip by car, it is a bit troublesome to get in and out. So far good, recommended, the room is comfortable.

Kamar bersih, luas, staff semua ramah, ke Kuta cukup lumayan kalau jalan kaki, untuk ke Jalan Legian cukup dekat. Kolam renang ada 2 di bagian depan dan belakang, bersih. Kamar mandi bersih. Depan hotel ada Circle K dan dekat dengan minimart yang lain.

Bersih, ranjang-nya luas juga, bisa buat 3 orang. Dekat ke mal dan keramaian.

Kami check in jam 12-an malam, staff sangat membantu dan bagusnya lagi kami dapat free upgrade kamar dari superior ke family room plus breakfast. Kamar super luas dilengkapi dengan pantry, amenitis lengkap, coffee maker komplit dan ruang tamu yang lega, akses balkon ke taman. Hotel ini juga dekat sekali dengan Beachwalk Kuta dan jaraknya juga dekat dengan Jalan Raya Legian.

Enak, dekat ke Pantai Kuta dan Beachwalk, fasilitas juga oke, nyaman banget 3 malam menginap di sini, tapi sayangnya pas mau check out ada miskomunikasi, dikiranya kita mengotori bed dengan tinta tato padahal kita gak tatoan sama sekali, setelah dicek lagi emang seprai-nya aja yang kotor dari awal 😭

Dapat kamar paling ujung, trus enggak diantar kan sama petugas, petugas di lobby cman nunjukin jalan aj kalo arah kekamar belok mana trus kemana. Bawa koper sendiri ke kamar. Baru kali ini sih dapat pengalaman kaya gini, semoga ke depan bisa lebih baik lagi.

Grand Barong was perfect! Just 5 minutes walk to the beach & Beachwalk. Local shop and a great restaurant called Crumbs & Coaster (you guys should try this place!) are just around the corner. The room are clean. And the pool was definitely the best place to hang around this hotel. We have to wait for 30 minutes to check in bcuz the room wasn't ready, but thank God it was worth it.

The hotel is good, clean, and good services.

Rate: 3.5. Reasonable. The room and bed are spacious, but the towels and some of the equipment in the toilet are not replaced even though they have been given a cleaning sign. All the staff are okay, except for the male receptionist. Impressed lazy and uninformative serving local guests, but grinning just like foreigners. The breakfast menu is delicious and varied. Even though the location is in an alley and quite a busy road, the room is soundproof enough so that noise from outside is not disturbed.
